This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the residential district of Centocelle. A small bungalow, the newly renovated apartment has an outdoor patio with lush green areas as well. When you enter, you have a combined kitchen and living room with a sofa bed, dining table, and a modern kitchen corner. This main room leads to the spacious bedroom and a full bathroom.
On Via Carpineto, the apartment is in a quiet area surrounded by other residences. You have all you basic amenities nearby and can easily get around town with bus stops, a metro stop, and a train station all within a 10-minute walk away. You are also conveniently just 5 minutes from the Primavera shopping center and have quite a selection of restaurants to choose from.
What we liked the most
- The outdoor patio area is the perfect place to spend a sunny day alone or with friends.
- There is a sofa bed, which is perfect for guests.
- The Primavera shopping center is just 5 minutes away.
- You are very well-connected to the city by public transport.
- Keep those lungs feeling fresh – there is an air purifier included in the property.
