Walking into this 3-bedroom apartment for rent on Via Marco Valerio Corvo, you first enter a hallway, which connects you to a storage closet with a washing machine and 2 wardrobes. Another door leads directly into the fully-equipped kitchen, which has a sizable balcony and is furnished with a 3-seat table. Also from the hall, you can reach the large bathroom and the 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the largest and has direct access to the balcony. The other rooms are smaller, but still spacious, and all have windows, so you get a good deal of natural light for an interior apartment.

You get an interior courtyard view from the balcony of your apartment, but you’ll have to explore Tuscolano on foot. Fortunately, there is plenty to see! With a 10-minute public transportation ride, you can take a tour of the famous Cinecittá Studios. If you’re a huge film buff, you’ll also want to check out the Experimental Cinematography Center or spend a few evenings watching movies at the Teatro Don Bosco or the Cinema Atlantic Multiplex, just 4 minutes away. Whether you like fast food or Italian cuisine, you’ll find plenty of restaurants in the area, but you can whip up your own meal after picking up groceries at the nearby Iperdem supermarket.
