This is a quiet and peaceful 3-bedroom apartment in Tiburtina, Rome. Better still, it is new! The property is spacious, well-furnished and feels like home, with heating and air conditioning throughout. Starting with the living room, there is a large sofa, television, storage space and also a built-in kitchen attached to it. The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas stove and microwave oven, with plenty of crockery and utensils.

Bedroom 1 comes with a double bed, small chest of drawers and a standalone wardrobe, plus a small desk and chair. Bedroom 1 also shares a balcony with the living room to enjoy the Rome sunshine! Bathroom 1 has a toilet, bidet and sink, while bathroom 2 has a bath/shower.

Bedroom 2 is equally spacious, and has a double bed, 2 small chests of drawers, and a large standalone wardrobe, and Bedroom 3 has 2 twin single beds, a double standalone wardrobe, two chests of drawers and a back door leading to to its own private balcony with street views. And because you're on the 7th floor, that means less traffic noise when you fancy keeping the doors and windows open!

The property is right across the road from a supermarket, and also has a number of interesting shops and bars in close proximity. Tiburtina is an East-lying suburb of Rome, and you can get to the city centre by metro in just 9 minutes!

What we liked the most

  • 7th floor living means... Peace. And. Quiet.
  • This is a spacious and comforting property.
  • The property is away from the hustle and bustle of home.

Things to keep in mind

  • Only 1 of the 2 bathrooms has a shower, but both have toilets and sinks.
  • The closest metro stop is about a 15-minute walk away. However, the metro will take you to Rome in just 9 minutes!
