This modern 2-bedroom apartment on Via Collazia, in San Giovanni, covers an area of 80 ² and opens out onto a lovely shared patio. The fully furnished property has a nicely tiled bathroom and an open plan kitchen and living area with a dishwasher and television.
The apartment is located in a lively residential neighbourhood, close to beautiful Parco della Caffarella, shops, and all the essential amenities. This area is also very well connected by public transport, making it easy to explore other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated and is nicely decorated.
- The kitchen comes with all the equipment you need to cook.
- There is a dining table for 6 to share a meal with friends or family.
- The modern bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
- There is a portable AC unit.
- The local market is a short walk away.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is below the ground floor, but is not really a basement as it faces an interior courtyard.
- Bedroom 2 does not have a wardrobe.
