This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available for rent in Ostiense, Rome. The living room has a sofa and chairs, as well as shelving. It is connected to the kitchen, which has wooden decor and is fully equipped and also has an oven and a microwave. The bedroom is fully furnished and has 2 large windows to provide you with lots of fresh air, and has a small desk by the window. There is also a large wardrobe and a TV. The terrace, which is accessible via the living room, is huge and has both exposed and under-cover seating and dining areas. What's more, smoking is permitted on the terrace if desired.
The local area has lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. There is also a grocery store on the same road, so you won't have to walk far to do your weekly shop!
