The fully furnished property comes equipped with gas heating and has a spacious living area, a nicely tiled bathroom, and a kitchen with an oven and all the essentials to prepare your meals.
The apartment is located in a residential area, but within walking distance of Via de Torrevecchia, a busy commercial street offering grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Parks P.R.U. Pineto and Santa Maria della Pietà are also located in the area, and you will find access to trains and buses nearby.
