The fully furnished property comes equipped with gas heating and has a spacious living area, a nicely tiled bathroom, and a kitchen with an oven and all the essentials to prepare your meals.
The apartment is located in a residential area, but within walking distance of Via de Torrevecchia, a busy commercial street offering grocery stores, shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
