This spacious 60m² 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Aurelio is an ideal place to escape the stress and noise of the city center. This apartment's ground floor location makes for easy access to the street. It has high ceilings and the open-planned kitchen, living and dinning room space is furnished in a comfortable style; beautiful, red lounge chairs ensure you feel at home and visitors can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed. The 4-person dinning table is a great place to entertain guests. Enjoy gas cooking, a hidden fridge and plenty of shelving to show off your art or book collection. The bedroom has a large floor-to-ceiling built in closet, a desk with a built-in mirror, a double bed and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is brightly lit with a large mirror and and even larger shower unit.

Aurelio is a quiet and residential area right behind Vatican City. it is located right next to Villa Doria Pamphili park, where open-air concerts are frequently held. Carrefour Market is located 5-10 minutes up the road. You can walk to some of the city's busy streets or jump on the bus or train to get closer to the city center. The surrounding area however is full of authentic Italian pizzerias, corner shops, and local bars.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is super spacious, clean and tidy.
  • The high ceilings and large windows ensure light and a feeling of space.
  • There is still plenty of opportunities to add your own touch of decoration to the apartment to truly make it your own.
  • The apartment is well-connected to the city by bus and train, but if you're in the mood for some exercise you can reach Vatican city in under 15 minutes.
