This charming 2-bedroom apartment on Via dei Laterensi, Appio Latino, covers an area of 55 m² and is beautifully decorated throughout. The property is fully furnished and has a modern bathroom with a rainshower and a fully equipped kitchen that opens out onto a balcony.
The apartment is located very near the lovely Tax Tower Park, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. The metro stops 5 minutes away, making it easy to travel into Rome's City Centre.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom has been beautifully renovated.
- Both bedrooms come with AC units.
- Bedroom 1 has a private balcony.
- The kitchen receives good natural light.
- Beautiful Aqueducts Park is within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a 3rd bedroom which is not to accessible to tenants as the landlord uses it as storage.
- The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator.
