This renovated 1-bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Monteverde Vecchio, on Via Giovanni Livraghi. Spacious and furnished with all the essentials including double bed, oven and AC this apartment has everything you need to move in.
Situated close to several restaurants and bars, this apartment is well located within Monteverde Vecchio. Just around the corner you will find the biggest landscaped garden in Rome, Villa Pamphili Park. Only 2 minutes away is the American University of Rome.
What we liked the most
- The large lounge will become the heart of your home.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light, and the outside of the windows are mirrored for your privacy.
- The bathroom is very modern, with shower, sink and toilet.
- There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment for your things.
Things to keep in mind
- There is AC in some rooms, but not all.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
