A stunning 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent right next to the famous Spanish Steps in Spagna. The 65 ² property is bright and charming, and it has a lovely living room with 1 sofa, 1 sofa-bed for guests, a dining table, a TV, a desk, and some shelving space. The kitchen has everything you might need, including an oven, a 4-burner gas stove, a large fridge-freezer, a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and lots of storage space. The bathroom is small but practical, and it has a nice bathtub.
Spagna is one of Rome's most central, historic, and famous neighborhoods. Home to the iconic Spanish Steps, Spagna also has lots of restaurants, bars, cafes. Shopping lovers will feel at home in Spagna, as the area also has a number of luxury shops. Spagna also has a metro station, making this one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Rome.
What we liked the most
- The property is located in the heart of the city, right by the iconic Piazza di Spagna. Nice!
- The apartment is stylishly decorated.
