The apartment is located in a green residential neighbourhood, surrounded by other beautiful villas. The area offers several parks, including the beautiful Eur Parco Centrale del Lago, and the biggest shopping mall in Rome is located nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has been recently renovated.
- The living area is beautifully presented.
- There is a dining table with 4 chairs.
- The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a very spacious wardrobe.
- Viale Europa, the area's main commercial street, is located nearby.
- The apartment is located in a beautiful residential complex surrounded by gardens.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room.
- The kitchen was not equipped at the time of our visit, but all cooking utensils will be included by the time you move in.
- The landlady can provide a desk for the study room if required.
- There is a wardrobe in the apartment which is locked, as it belongs to the landlady.
