This spacious, 7th floor apartment is available to rent on Via Olevano. The 95 m² property has 3 bedrooms, each of them very large, 2 with single beds, and 1 with twin beds. With simple decor and lots of floor space, there is plenty of room for you to put your personality into the property. There are 2 balconies, 1 overlooking the interior patio, the other with views of Villa Gordiani and out across Rome.
You're in a really amazing location here; you don't have to just enjoy the views of the park – you can go to it! It has trees, grass, and ancient ruins. There are plenty of amenities nearby too, including grocery stores, and, near to the Metro station, a good selection of bars and restaurants.
What we liked the most
- With such large rooms, and a cooling breeze from being so high up, the hot Roman summer will be very manageable here.
- From the larger balcony, you will have views right across Rome!
- Obviously being right next to a beautiful park has to be one of the highlights!
- From Teano You can get to Lodi, at the edge of Centro Storico, in just 5 minutes.
