This bright, 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent in Rome's residential Casal Bertone neighbourhood. The interior is filled with natural light and has high ceilings which make it more spacious. The living room also functions as the bedroom, as the bed can be raised and attached to the wall. The kitchen is long and narrow, but fully equipped with all appliances.
The apartment is on Via di Casal Bertone in the neighbourhood of the same name. The local area is tranquil, but you have shops, cafes and restaurants nearby - everything you need for a comfortable stay. Auchan Casalbertone shopping centre is 6 minutes away, and Roma Prenestina train station can be reached in about 13 minutes. This apartment is ideal for students, teachers and researchers, as Sapienza University is just 15 minutes away.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is also the living room - the bed folds up and attaches to the wall!
- The apartment has a little balcony which looks out over the internal courtyard.
- The interior of the property is very bright, with white walls and plenty of natural light.
