This sophisticated, 90 m², 2-bedroom apartment with AC is available to rent in Rome's Esquilino neighbourhood. The interior of the property is decorated with stylish furniture and has plenty of natural light. The apartment has a dining room, and there is a very large living room which is a great place to relax after a long day. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped with modern cooking appliances.
The apartment is on Via Urbano Rattazzi in Esquilino. The neighbourhood is very close to the historic centre of Rome, you can walk to the Colosseum in just 20 minutes! There are several green spaces nearby, and Rome Termini station can be reached in just 10 minutes.
