This 70 m², 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment available to rent is located in the residential neighborhood of Fleming. The apartment has newly polished marble floors complemented with antique furniture pieces. There is a large dining and sitting area and a separate eat-in kitchen. All the rooms have views of the interior courtyard.
Fleming is a calm neighborhood located to the norht of Rome City Center. You are well-connected to the rest of the city by bus, but have a commercial area a few minutes' walk from the apartment. You are also about a 20-minute bus ride to the Tor di Quinto Park.
What we liked the most
- You will be thankful for marble flooring when the summer heat comes around.
- The bedroom has a huge floor to ceiling wardrobe.
- In the bathroom you have under-sink storage and a washing machine.
- The neighborhood is very calm, but you have plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes nearby.
