This 40 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent offers a cozy and peaceful home in the central area of Esquilino. The main room is the combined kitchen and living room area, fully equipped and furnished with a sofa-bed. The bedroom is the largest room in the apartment and has a nice view of the interior courtyard. There is 1 full bathroom that has been fully renovated.
Located in the Esquilino area, the apartment is in the heart of Rome. You are only 5-minutes away from the one-and-only Coliseum and have a line A metro stop just 2 minutes away. Across from the metro stop you also have the large Vittorio Emanuele II park, where you can enjoy those sunny days.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is spacious and comes with an AC unit and a flat-screen TV.
- There is a sofa-bed you can offer to visitors.
- The bathroom has been fully renovated with brick-style wall tiling, an elegant sink, and a large box shower.
- The apartment is in the heart of Rome.
- There is a metro stop and park less that 5 minutes from the apartment.
