This spacious, 7th floor, 100m ², 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Via Lago Tana in Parioli. The apartment is very bright, with lots of large windows, and each room is spacious. The living room is huge, and includes a dining table. There is lots of storage throughout the apartment, and there is a balcony overlooking the interior courtyard.
You will be living in an area well supplied by amenities with lots of shopping in the area. There are also banks, salons and cafés nearby. The closest Metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, and within a 5-minute walk is the huge Parco delle Valli, making this an ideal area for a family.
What we liked the most
- We love how bright and airy this apartment is, with lots of light streaming through the 7th floor windows.
- Each of the bedrooms has both a double and a single bed, so there is plenty of space for every member of the family.
- The apartment even comes with a crib, for those with a very young family (or planning on starting one!)
- The location, so close to the metro, is ideal for somebody commuting to the centre of the city.
