This 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the residential area of Eur Dalmata. This property has a spacious bedroom and a renovated kitchen. The kitchen comes with brand new appliances and a lot of cupboards for food storage. The bedroom has a huge standalone wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You can easily entertain guests in the cozy living room that conveniently comes with a sofa-bed.
The apartment is located on a residential street in the Eur Dalmata neighborhood. Within a 5-minute walk from the apartment you have a large park, pharmacies, and grocery stores. There are also many bus stops nearby and a metro stop less than 15-minutes away on foot.
What we liked the most
- The bedroom is spacious and comes with a large and comfortable queen-sized bed.
- Having guests will not be an issue with a queen-sized sofa-bed in the living room.
- The apartment is on the ground floor, but there is a courtyard separating you from the street.
- You can reach the closest metro stop in less than 15 minutes.
