This charming 60 m² apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and offers a spacious living area with high ceilings and 1 bedroom on a mezzanine level furnished with a queen bed. There is also a compact but functional kitchen and 1 bathroom.
The apartment is located in Prati, one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Rome. You will find plenty of public transport options nearby, and you can also walk to the Vatican City in about 20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has beautiful vaulted brick ceilings that add to the overall charm.
- Tenants have access to a lovely shared garden.
- There is a study area with a desk, a bookcase and a chair providing a comfortable space to study or work.
- You will be within walking distance of the historic city centre, with Piazza di Spagna only 15 minutes away.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small, and does not have an oven, but there is an electric stove to prepare your meals.
