This very attractive 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Monti. The apartment is in a beautiful old building, with white walls contrasting with the original dark wood beams. The open-plan living area / kitchen is spacious and bright, and has a dining table to seat 4, as well as the sofa. There is artwork to decorate the walls, both traditional and modern. The main living area and bedroom 2 have AC.
You will be living in Monti, in Rome's Centro Storico, the historical centre of Rome, filled with archaeological, architectural, and artistic treasures, from the times of the Roman Empire through to the Renaissance and beyond. Here you will never lack something to do, with beautiful tourist attractions, and a myriad of bars, restaurants, and shops.
What we liked the most
- We love the original styling of the apartment, with its whitewashed walls and dark wooden beams creating a cool, airy space.
- You will have AC, which is a requirement in Rome's sweltering summers.
- The location is fantastic, close to Rome's historical centre, with many great sights, but also close to public transport.
- Living so centrally, there are literally thousands of shops, bars and restaurants to choose from, to suit all wallets.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. Time to get those quadriceps pumping!
- There is no oven in this apartment, however, there is a 2-burner gas stove.
- Please be aware that the window from bedroom 2 overlooks bedroom 1, but there is a curtain and frosted glass to maintain privacy.
