This 45 m², 1-bedroom property for rent offers a great home if you a looking for a large and comfortable apartment. The bedroom and living areas are separated by a small corridor, which is great if you ever have guests. The kitchen and living room are in the same open space, which also opens up the very large terrace - providing another place to relax. The terrace and the bedroom's attached balcony fill the apartment with plenty of natural light.
The apartment is located in the residential district of Parioli. Parioli is considered a luxurious part of the city with historic sights nearby and plenty of chic bars and restaurants. There is a metro station less than 10 minutes from the apartment and plenty of bus connections.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has both a large terrace and a smaller enclosed balcony.
- The bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet.
- The living room is furnished with a dining table, couch, shelving, and a flat-screen TV.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave oven, gas stove, oven, large sink, and plenty of cupboards.
- There is a very spacious bathroom with a large standing shower.
- The apartment is well-connected to the rest of the city by bus, metro, and train.
