This beautiful 50 sqm, one bedroom apartment is located in Mostacciano, a lovely residential area outside Rome. From here you can reach the city center in 30 minutes by car, or one hour via public transport. The Ciampino Airport is just 15 km away, and the Castelli Romani wine region is also close by. The apartment itself is spacious and classically decorated. There is an open floor plan in the living, dining, and kitchen area, with a fireplace and doors leading onto a small private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven. Skylights let lots of natural light into the bedroom, which features a large double bed and wardrobe.
What we liked the most
- The building has a lovely shared patio with gardens and a swimming pool.
- You can enjoy the pool during the summer, and fireplace during the chilly winter months!
- There is air-conditioning and gas heaters, so the apartment will be comfortable all year-round.
- Mostacciano is a green, peaceful area, and is close to two nature reserves, making this a great area for nature lovers.
- All utilities, WiFi, and bed linens are included in the rent.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is not located in the apartment, but rather in a shared laundry room.
