This 15 m² studio apartment available to rent is located on the top floor of the landlord's house. The studio is independent with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, and access to a private refrigerator. The only shared area will be the back garden. The studio has wood flooring, a skylight window, and comes fully furnished with a single bed, desk, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
Suchdol is a neighborhood on the outskirts of the city, about 20 minutes away by bus. On Hašlerova , you are on a quiet residential street but are just a few minutes' walk away to small shops and basic amenities. The location is perfect if you want something calmer than the city center.
