This 400 m² property offers a huge open-plan living area and kitchen, which is equipped with everything that you need to cook. There is a large terrace with a table and seating, and strings for laundry.
Located in the Paranhos area, this property is just a 20-minute journey from the heart of Porto. There are a range of shops and restaurants in the area, with the nearest supermarket less than 5-minutes' walk away. Water Ark Garden is just a short walk from this property, and offers a park with a pond, as well as live band performances. The Universidade Fernando Pessoa campus is less than 10-minutes' walk away.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, and plenty of storage space.
- The living room is a huge space, with plenty of seating, a dining table and television.
