Located on the 4th floor of a building in the 13th arrondissement, this cozy studio apartment has stylish decor and receives lots of natural light. The main room is furnished with a sofa bed, desk, dining table, and flat-screen TV. You also have a kitchenette with a 2-burner stove and a mini refrigerator.

If you are coming to Paris looking for an authentic experience, the 13th arrondissement is a great option. This district if not visited my many tourists and is known for its tree-lined street and friendly neighbors. On Rue de Patay, you are within 10 minutes of a train station, metro stop, and several buses.

What we liked the most

  • The sofa bed allows you to convert your room quickly to entertain.
  • There are big windows that keep it bright and fresh.
  • You can easily move around the city by public transport.
  • There are plenty of basic amenities and small parks nearby.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a 4th floor apartment in a building with no elevator.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
