This compact studio apartment to rent on Rue Berzélius is on the ground floor. It’s quite a small place, but the price is right if you want to live in this trendy neighborhood. The front door opens directly into the room. At the opposite end is a tall window, so you do get ample light. A folding table is affixed to the wall and the TV is mounted above it. There is a sofa bed, a chair, and a washing machine, as well as a wardrobe for your clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a shower cabin.
In the 17th arrondissement, tourists and young locals mix in Place de Clichy. It’s a 20-minute walk from your new apartment. There, you’ll find trendy restaurants and hip little cafés. Also 20 minutes away, you can visit and admire 19th century portraits at the Musée Jean-Jacques Henner. Nearby, you’ll find a few green spaces like Martin Luther King Park. And there is a health club and public swimming pool just a few blocks from your door.
