This studio apartment on Rue du Père Christian Roussin, in Villejuif is cute and cosy and fully furnished. The property has a compact equipped kitchen, a sofa-bed, and 1 fully tiled bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The apartment is located in Villejuif, south of the city centre and outside the central arrondissements of Paris. There are plenty of shops and restaurants with easy reach of the apartment, as well as a shopping mall and a couple of nice little parks.

What we liked the most

  • Villejuif offres a unique slice of local life in the Paris suburbs.
  • The apartment has a sofa that converts into a bed, making the most of the limited space.
  • There is a small desk and a wardrobe.
  • Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
  • The kitchen is compact but well equipped to cook, and has a 2 burner stove.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven or microwave, and the fridge is half-sized.
