This studio apartment is available for rent on Boulevard Suchet in the 16th arrondissement. This studio, located on the ground level, is small, but compact. As soon as you walk into the apartment you will see the glass-door shower. The toilet and sink are located apart from the studio and are shared with three other people. Alongside the shower, you have the fully equipped kitchenette, which has a microwave, sink, hot plates and fridge. Under the window, you will find the sofa bed, which converts into a double bed. You also have a foldable table and chair so you can comfortably enjoy your dinner. There is also a wardrobe and shelving next to the sofa bed - perfect for all of your storage! The large window brings in plenty of light, making it bright throughout the day.
The 16th arrondissement is popular among tourists and celebrities alike. High-class and luxurious, you will feel like star living here. If you love the outdoors, you will love Bosque de Boulogne, a lovely and large green space right next to the apartment. Supermarkets nearby include Franprix and Carrefour City.
