This charming studio apartment on Rue Saint Bon, in Châtelet, has been recently renovated and is very cosy. The 25 m² property is furnished with a double bed and has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and all the essentials to cook. The modern bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower.
The apartment boasts an excellent central location, 5 minutes from the Seine River, and close to Hôtel de Ville, Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, and a fantastic selection of cafes, shops and restaurants. Châtelet Metro station is a 4-minute walk away and serves 5 different lines, making it easy to travel to other corners of the city.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is beautifully decorated.
- There are charming slanted ceilings with skylights that let in natural light.
- The bathroom offers good storage for your toiletries.
- The apartment is centrally located but quiet.
- The building has a lovely shared courtyard where you can park you bicycle.
- This lively area offers plenty to see and do, including a wide variety of museums and cultural attractions.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so you will tone those legs living in this apartment!
