This semi-independent studio apartment on Rue de Lille, in Paris’s 7th arrondissement is fully furnished and has an equipped kitchen. The 12 m² property is definitely compact, but you have everything you need, including a single bed, dining table, and a basic kitchenette with stove and microwave. The studio also has a cute little balcony. The bathroom is located in the hall outside the apartment and is shared with another studio.
The apartment is located in Paris’s 7th arrondissement, a vibrant central spot that is home to the one and only Eiffel Tower. This quintessentially Parisian neighbourhood is also home to plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars.
What we liked the most
- Paris’s 7th arrondissement is an excellent neighbourhood to live in, and you'll be within easy reach of the city centre.
- The apartment features nice polished wooden floors.
- This compact studio has a cute decor, and is simply but stylishly furnished.
- There is a small storage area for your belongings.
