There are rooms for rent in this bright 3-bedroom apartment on Rue de Lyon in Paris' 12th arrondissement. This apartment has a beautiful and spacious living room, a great place to relax after work. Down the hall is the kitchen and dining room. From there is another hallway that leads to the bedrooms, and lastly the shared bathroom. The bathroom is very spacious with a spa bath and large shower.

This apartment is in a beautiful area in Paris, very near the Seine. The neighbourhood is lively and full of everything you will need. There is a lot of restaurants and cafes, night clubs, shops and movie theatres. Additionally you're on the doorstep of Paris' Gare de Lyon station.

What we liked the most

  • There are 2 toilet rooms separate from the bathroom on either end of the apartment, so you'll never have to wait for the toilet.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook.
  • The living room has access to a small balcony that overlooks the street below.
  • There are so many different cuisines in the area including Italian, Japanese, Chinese, French and Turkish.
  • There are plenty of shops around including an electronics store, pharmacy, hairdressers, grocery store and post office.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no parking in this apartment, but the public transport in the area is fantastic.
  • If you're not an animal lover or you're allergic to cats or dogs this may not be the apartment for you! The live-in landlady's pets live here.

  • Paris Gare de Lyon station is across the road from the apartment and runs metro lines and trains. It serves metro lines 1 and 14 and local, regional and national trains. Many buses also stop here.

Flatmates

Living here you will be sharing the apartment with 2 other people. One of whom is a live-in landlady and the other is a female tenant. The landlady is in her late 50's and works as a psychologist. Additional to sharing with these 2 you'll also have the company of 2 furry friends! The landlady's cat and dog will be living here as well. It is a very spacious apartment with loads of communal spaces to spend time together or for when you need some alone time.
