This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Rue Manin in the 19th arrondissement. There is a spacious living room which opens on to a small sunny balcony and also has a double bed and sofa. The bedroom has bunk beds and is also where you will find the bathroom, although the toilet is separate.
This apartment is just across the road from the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont which is a great place to spend a summer day. The famous Bataclan and Picasso National Museum are also easily accessible by bus, so you can easily enjoy some of Paris' attractions. Also the park de la Villette and the City of Sciences are near by, as well as Canal de L'ourcq with its restaurants and cinemas.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is close to public transport so you can get to the centre of Paris in half-an-hour if you need to.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating in this apartment to keep you warm in cooler weather.
- This 4th floor apartment is accessible by an elevator, so you don't need to carry all of your shopping up the stairs.
- There are lovely hardwood floors throughout this apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one bathroom, and it is accessible through the bedroom.
