This quiet 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Avenue Claude Debussy is on the 3rd floor. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room has a stylish decor. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has modern appliances and tons of cupboard space. The rest of this room is furnished with a 4-seat dining table, shelving, a TV, and a sofa. There is a little furnished balcony off of the living area. The bathroom includes a shower cabinet and a washing machine. And the double bedroom has ample storage for clothing.
Gennevilliers is a suburb in the north of Paris. However, you can hop on the Metro and be downtown in a half hour. If you enjoy quiet living, this is an ideal neighborhood. You’re close to Sevines and Sports Parks. The Seine is just south. There are canals to the north, and you’ll even find a couple of lakes. You’ll find groceries at the Carrefour and Leader Price supermarkets just down the street. There is a cinema close by and restaurants are speckled throughout the area.
What we liked the most
- There is a wonderful little furnished balcony.
- A washing machine is located in the bathroom.
- Sports Park actually does have a lot of sports: football, tennis and horse riding.
- The nearby Metro station goes directly into downtown Paris.
