The 40 m² property has an open-plan kitchen and living room that creates a cozy space to relax and entertain. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities and has a bar that is perfect for meal prep or dining. The living room has a couch, coffee table, and built-in shelving. The bedroom is cozy and has a modern en-suite bathroom.
Montparnasse, also known as the 14th arrondissement, is known for being well-connected by public transport and for once being home to the city's artists and philosophers. On Boulevard du Montparnasse, you are on the neighborhood's main street that is lined with lots of delicious restaurants and chic cafés. You are also near Panthéon-Assas University and Le Jardin du Luxembourg.
