This incredibly central 1-bedroom lofty apartment on Rue au Maire, 3rd arrondissement is in the midst of the charm of Paris. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric stove top, sink, fridge, toaster and plenty of storage. The living area has a cozy couch, TV and plenty of shelving, and there is also a dining table that seats 4. This apartment has one bedroom equipped with double bed, storage and an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and mirror.

This apartment is located smack in the middle of Paris. You are close to 4 different Metro stations and multiple bus stops, and it is also only a 15-minute walk to the famous Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris. There are multiple retail stores and food stores nearby as well as dozens of bars and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • There is a beautiful view of Saint-Nicholas-des-Champs out of the living room window.
  • For such a small apartment, it uses its space beautifully, and the white walls and light makes it feel spacious.
  • There is plenty of storage space hidden away in different places.
  • The dark wood rafters contrasting on the white ceiling are gorgeous and give the apartment a loft-like feel.
  • The layout and design gives it a very modern feel, while still feeling cozy.

Things to keep in mind

  • The fridge is quite small, but would still have enough space for a couple to share.
  • This apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
