This sunny studio apartment available to rent is located in the student-friendly Tibaldi district. On the 4th floor, the 27 m² exterior apartment opens up onto a small balcony that lets in plenty of natural light. There is a walk-through kitchen/dining area, fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a meal. The kitchen leads you to the bedroom area, which is furnished with a double bed, standalone wardrobe, huge shelving unit, and a flat-screen TV. There is also a spacious bathroom, where you have a washing machine.
Tibaldi is a small but popular district due to its convenient location. Although outside the historical center, you are well-connected by tram, which will take you there directly in about 15 minutes. The area is also very student-friendly, ideal for students attending Università Bocconi or IULM. You don't have to be a student, however, to enjoy the lively bars, restaurants, and proximity to the picturesque Navigli district.
What we liked the most
- The studio is bright and opens up onto a balcony.
- Modern amenities include a washing machine and central heating.
- The line 3 tram takes you straight to Piazza del Duomo.
- Students are less than 15 minutes from Università Bocconi.
