This lovely studio apartment is available to rent in the Dergano area of Milan. There is plenty of storage throughout the apartment and there are some real luxury touches including a large walk-in shower and a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a great Italian meal and the double sofa bed can be folded away during the day to create even more space. Laundry facilities are available in the building.
On the border between Dergano and Bovisa, your apartment is just a hop away from both Bovisa campuses of the Polytechnic University of Milan. If you’re a Design or Architecture student, this is excellent news: not only are you located just 5 minutes from campus Durando, but the formerly industrial area around you has recently started to become a veritable hub for artists and designers. Maybe you’ll want to check out the music school right across the street and learn a new instrument. Within a 5-minute walk from your new home, you’ll find wonderful little parks, restaurants, supermarkets, specialty and used book stores... you name it.
