This cosy studio apartment is available to rent on Via Metastasio in Magenta. The apartment is compact, but modern, and includes a double bed, and a small table, as well as a kitchenette and a full bathroom. There's a wardrobe for storage, and the studio also has a small balcony.
This is a central area of the city, next to the beautiful Parco Sempione, and less than 20 minute's walk from the Duomo. It's an attractive part of the city, more historic than the outer district, and you will have a pleasant time just wandering the streets, getting to know the local area. The property is not only in a vibrant area of the city but it is also surrounded by lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and more, meaning all you could ever need is on your doorstep.
What we liked the most
- The studio has a cute little balcony overlooking the attractive street.
- There are lots are surrounding restaurants, meaning a good plate of pasta is never far away.
- Milan may not be a city known for its parks, but there's a gorgeous one just a few minutes away. We predict many sunny afternoons spent relaxing on the grass in Parco Sempione.
- Feeling cultural? Just around the corner is the magnificent Castello Sforzesco, housing 4 different art museums.
Things to keep in mind
- Although AC was not installed at the time of Spotahome's visit, the landlord will install it soon. It will be installed before you move in.
- The kitchenette in this apartment does not have an oven. However, it has a 2-burner electric stove.
