A characterful studio apartment with a terrace is available to rent in Milan's Maggiolina neighbourhood. This property is filled with antique furniture and interesting artwork. The high ceilings add an extra dimension to the 60 m² floor area. The apartment has a main room which serves as a cosy living room and extends into a spacious, fully equipped kitchen which is on a lower level. The bedroom area is located on a mezzanine floor and there is 1 bathroom on the premises.
The apartment is on Via Arbe which is a part of the Maggiolina neighbourhood. The property is located to the north-east of central Milan, which is residential yet home to several bars, restaurants, shops and cafés. You will be living close to Zara metro station which will take you to the city centre in no time.
What we liked the most
- This unique property combines classical and modern style.

- This apartment is spread over several different layers in an unusual layout - it has more privacy than a studio.
- There is a small terrace which is accessible from the kitchen.
