There is a modern, 40 m² studio apartment for rent in a building complex across from the Politecnico di Milano Bovisa campus in Milan. The building has been recently built, so the studio has elegant wood flooring, a fully equipped kitchen, and all modern amenities. The studio is furnished with a sofa-bed that opens up into 2 single beds and opens up to a small balcony.
The Bovisa district is known for housing multiple university campuses and for also being an urban hub. With many students living nearby, the area is lively and has plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars to choose from. You are surrounded by public transportation, which makes it easy to get around town.
What we liked the most
- The studio receives a lot of natural light.
- There is an extendable table, able to fit up to 6 people.
- The building has outdoor video surveillance.
- Air conditioning will keep you cool in summer.
