This studio apartment available to rent in the friendly area of Crescenzago-Precotto, is a bright and modern apartment. The kitchen and living room area is separated from the bedroom with an elegant half-wall divider, which allows plenty of natural light to reach all corners of the apartment. The bedroom has a double bed, a standalone wardrobe, and it opens up to a large shared balcony The bathroom is fully renovated with a large and elegant shower and sink.
The studio is located in the residential and picturesque neighborhood of Crescenzago-Precotto. You are in a convenient location, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and even the Naviglio Martesana. Less than 1 minute from the apartment, you have plenty of bus connections, and you are about a 20-minute walk to line 1 and line 2 metro stops.
What we liked the most
- The studio has huge french-windows which keep it sunlit and fresh.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and even comes with a dishwasher!
- The living room area has enough room for a round dining table and couch, where you can relax and watch TV on the wall-hung flat-screen.
- The balcony is very spacious and has beautiful views of the city.
- You are only a 15-minute walk to the Gorla (M1) metro stop.
Things to keep in mind
- There is a door connecting the property to another studio, which you can rent together to have a 2-bedroom apartment.
- If only renting 1 studio apartment, the balcony would be shared with the neighboring tenant.
