Comfortable studio apartment for rent, located in the neighborhood of Barona, a 30 minute tramway journey from the city centre. Although consisting of just 28m2, this pet friendly apartment features a fantastic bathroom, a living area with a kitchenette and a quiet balcony facing an interior courtyard. Plenty of storage space is provided in every area and street parking is also available. You will be living in a calm area, close to several bus stations.
What we liked the most
- The spacious and colorful bathroom, equipped with a shower, features storage space and large mirrors.
- Although compact, the studio has high ceilings and plenty of storage space.
- The studio has a small balcony facing the courtyard.
- This is a quiet interior studio, perfect for those in need of some peace.
- You can reach Milan city centre in just 30 minutes on a tramway.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, however, a microwave and utensils will be provided.
- A mattress will be provided, even though it is not shown in the video.
