This apartment is located on the seventh floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. One couple-friendly room is available for rent in a two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. The room is furnished with a double bed and has a small private balcony overlooking a courtyard. Tenants will share use of a kitchen, bathroom and washing machine with the landlords, a married couple. This 35 sqm home is interior, facing a courtyard rather than the street, and is equipped with central heating and Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on Piazza Trento e Trieste, in the neighbourhood of Cusano Milano, approximately 10 kilometres from Milan's city centre. There is parking space on the street for those planning to get a car, and if you prefer public transport, you will find a couple of bus stops and a train station nearby. This pleasant neighbourhood offers a full range of amenities, services and green spaces. Stocking up for groceries will be easy, with several supermarkets nearby and a weekly food market held down the road.
What we liked the most
- The room can accommodate a couple and has enough storage space for two people.
- The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with a stove, an oven and a range of cooking utensils.
- There is also a dining table with three chairs where you can enjoy your meals.
- The bathroom is equipped with both a bathtub and a shower.
- The room for rent has a private balcony with courtyard views and an independent key.
- There is central heating throughout the apartment.
- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- The apartment is located in the outskirts of Milan, away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, but still within an easy commute to all the action.
Things to keep in mind
- The room has a small older style television.
- Smoking is allowed in the apartment, so you need to be comfortable with the potential of living with smokers.
- The other bedroom is occupied by a couple that will be sharing the common areas with the room available for rent.
