This quiet, interior apartment located on via Gugliemo Roentgen, right next to Universita Bocconi, features three bedrooms for rent, two of which have twin beds and are perfect for students wishing to share a room. All rooms are fully furnished, featuring single beds, desks and plenty of storage. The tenants will have access to two shared bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony facing the university. You will be living in Navigli, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods of Milan, with plenty of markets, restaurants and excellent transportation links into the city centre. The area of the apartment is 80m2.

- The apartment is located in the charming area of Navigli, just next to Bocconi University, making the rooms perfect for students!
- You will have access to two bathrooms - one of them has a beautiful sailor blue theme while the other one features mint green tiles. You will be able to use both, a shower and a bath!
- The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring dark blue tiled walls and a balcony facing the Bocconi University.
- As two of the bedrooms have twin beds, they are perfect for two friends who wish to live together.
- Cleaning services are already included in the rent - your common areas will always remain clean and tidy!
