This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property. Cleaning is done once a week.

Bright and cosy open space on the -1th floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances : kettle, oven, fridge, and induction hob. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, toiletries, television, and wifi. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You're welcome, take care of it!

- The apartment has a fantastic, fully equipped kitchen with an amazing balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

- All utilities, as well as weekly cleaning and bed linen, are already included in the rent.
- The apartment is just a short walk away from the beautiful Duomo and the city center, as well as Universita degli Studi di Milano.
- All rooms are fully furnished, providing anything you might need for a comfortable stay.
