This apartment is located in a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and electric water heating. The apartment will be cleaned once a week. For 20€/month tenants can use the washing machine service in the building reception (twice a month) and have access to the iron.

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom exterior apartment is located on Via Buffoli in the Navigli neighbourhood of Milan. There is one bright and spacious room for rent for a male worker and the room comes fully furnished with a double bed. The luminous bathroom is fully equipped with modern fixtures and has a large sized bathtub. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare any type of meal and includes a coffee machine, which is perfect for those who enjoy a daily cup of mocha. You'll be sharing the apartment with the landlord, who lives in the flat 3-4 days a week. Navilgi is charming neighbourhood, full of canals and always breaming with activity. There are many bars and restaurants to choose from and the nightlife is always bustling. The area of the apartment is 75 square metres.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is located in the Navigli, one of the liveliest and most popular neighbourhoods in Milan.
- The bedroom is very spacious and the light from the window brightens it up.
- The apartment is very well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation, so it's easy to get around.
- All bills come included in the rental price.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't have a washing machine, but reception provides laundry service 4 times a week for a fee.
