Located on via Francesco Soave, this apartment is situated in one of the oldest Milan neighborhoods, Porta Romana, known to house famous Milanese celebrities. This exterior apartment features two sunny and spacious rooms. The tenants will share one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. As this apartment is located just moments away from the Bocconi University and IED Moda, it's ideal for students wishing to live near the campus. In the surrounding area you will also find the beautiful Parco Alessandrina Ravizza, where you can relax on sunny days or spend your time studying. The area of this apartment is 75m2.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is extremely close to Bocconi University and IED Moda. It is well connected to the rest of the city with plenty of metro stations and bus stations nearby.
- The fully equipped kitchen is very bright as it has a large window facing the street with plenty of greenery.
- The hallway has an extra wardrobes where you can store your things.
- Both bedrooms are very big and bright, with a lot of wardrobes and shelves available.
- The beautiful teal coloured bathroom is very long and equipped with cupboards.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment doesn't have a traditional oven, however, the microwave also has oven settings.
- The tenants won't have a living room, however, this apartment has a communal kitchen with a dining area where you can enjoy spending quality time together.
