This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has 1 room for rent for female tenants; the second room is occupied by the friendly landlord. This flat is beautiful- as you enter the flat, you are greeted by the spacious and bright living room furnished with everything you may need! The room for rent comes with all bills included in the price and is fully equipped as well. It even comes with its own flat-screen TV for the tenant to relax in their own private space! You'll have all kinds of convenience in this apartment located right on Piazza Vicenzo Cuoco, a bustling and green plaza with various transportation lines, which you will have great views from the big balcony. This spacious flat measures 85 m2 and is situated in the neighborhood of Citta Studi, 17 minutes by bus from the Polytechnic University of Milan. This would be a perfect choice for female students who want to live in comfort!
What we liked the most
- The living room is very comfortable- there is a big, L-shaped couch and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player to help you relax after a long day.
- The balcony receives a lot of sun, so it will be perfect for having a cup of coffee or simply drying your laundry.
- The balcony looks down on green-filled Piazza Cuoco.
- With all utilities included in the rental price, you'll have an easy time budgeting for the month.
- The kitchen is fully equipped: you'll even find a dishwasher to take away the need to wash dishes!
- The bedroom for rent has everything you need: there's a single bed that can be used as a sofa, flat-screen TV, and desk. There's a very large built-in wardrobe to store all your belongings!
- The living room and bedroom both have A/C units to keep tenants comfortable during the summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- Please note that the price of the room is 500€ for the first month.
- The landlord requests that the tenant dry the shower door after every use.
- Though the flat is an exterior and has views of the busy street and plaza below, the windows are double paned, so you won't hear much street noise.
- There is an extra room for storage.
