This spacious and extremely luminous apartment with two bedrooms available for rent is perfect for anyone wishing to live close to the Lambrate railway station and have easy access to the city centre and other parts of Italy. The apartment is located on via Plezzo in the quiet area of Loreto which features plenty of bus stations. All rooms for rent are furnished and have plenty of natural light. The tenants will have access to a beautiful communal bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment doesn't have a living room, however, the kitchen is extremely spacious and perfect for spending time with your flatmate. You will also be located just a short walk away from Mancinelli campus of University Politecnico di Milano. The area is surrounded by some of the best pizza restaurants in Milan, so make sure you take advantage of this opportunity. The area of this apartment is 65m2.

What we liked the most
- The apartment is very close to the Milano Lambrate railway station - you can easily catch a train to Milano Centrale and there are plenty of bus stations available nearby.
- Both bedrooms available for rent are very spacious and sunny with large windows and a wardrobe.
- This apartment is very luminous and really quiet, despite it being close to the railway.
- You'll also be able to use an extra storage room to keep away all your belongings.
- The shared bathroom has beautiful white furniture - there are also drawers and storage you can use for your towels and toiletries.
- The large kitchen is fully equipped and as well as the bathroom it also has plenty of cupboards and drawers, so you can easily keep this apartment tidy at all times.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is close to the railway station, however, the windows are well isolated and you won't be able to hear any train noise.
