We're proud to present this three bedroom apartment with one bedroom available for rent; the two other bedrooms are occupied by the landlord and his daughter. This 6th floor interior apartment is located on Via Zurigo in the safe residential area of Lorenteggio. The bedroom available for rent is very large, sunny, fully furnished and it has a spacious balcony. This apartment is surrounded by nature - you'll have several parks available nearby where you can enjoy a run, walk or even a picnic. The neighborhood is very friendly and has plenty of services, restaurants, shops and supermarkets, so there's a guarantee you will have a good time here! You can easily reach Milan city centre in just 15 minutes as there are plenty of transportation options available nearby. The area of the apartment is 80m2.
What we liked the most
- We really love the room for rent! It's large and the big windows overlooking the beautiful green courtyard offer plenty of sunlight. The apartment is located on the sixth floor, so you'll be able to hear less noise and just enjoy the peaceful area.
- The kitchen is fully equipped and very spacious, perfect for trying out your skills in Italian cuisine.
- The bathroom has a drying rack where you can dry your clothes or you can put them on individual racks on the balcony.
- The apartment is in a safe residential area, but just a short ride away to Milan city centre.
Things to keep in mind
- You will share this apartment with the landlord and his daughter.
- The apartment has no living room, but the apartment itself is very spacious with plenty other communal rooms.
- There is a possibility of adding a TV to your bedroom.
